LIST OF DOCUMENT’S REQUIRED

- Travel insurance
- Minors need consent form if travelling alone or with one parent. The consent NOC must be on stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant and notarized.
- 2 photo copies of Passport first and last page.
- Confirmed return ticket
- Hotel reservation
- For applicants who are employed,should provide salary account and salary slips(for the last three months with original stamp and sign) as mandatory documents with company seal & authorized person name should be mentioned in it.
- Last 3 months personal bank statement in original or copies attested by bank(with original stamp and sign) and with sufficient funds(1 Lac and above)
- If the applicant has his own business/partner/proprieter/director,please provide incorporation certificate/memorandum of association/partnership deed/proprietorship proof and applicants’s name should be mentioned. Original Notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for each applicant irrespective of whether the applicant is travelling in a group or not (for Mumbai and its satellites).
- Original Leave letter from employer / covering letter in personal business letter head (if self-employed) with authorized signatory, name and designation with company seal. If covering letter is on business letterhead please also provide copy of company registration certificate originallyattested by the Mantralaya or MEA and notorised .
- 2 white background photos having size 2.5inch x 2.5inch white background matt finish with 80% face size
- Applicants vaild passport is required with minimum 6 months validity ( Handwritten passport is not allowed ) have 2 full blank pages available.

- Original Invitation letter from Turkey or color scanned copy with clear information.For applicants applying in Mumbai and its satellites,the Invitation letter should be on company’s letter head with authorized signatory, name and designation with company seal & V.No (Tax Number) V.No should be on company’s rubber seal.
- Recommendation letter / Registration letter from relevant chamber of commerce. If a copy is submitted it must be attested by Mantralaya or MEA and Notarized. Original Notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for each applicant irrespective of whether the applicant is travelling in a group or not (for Mumbai and its satellites).

IMPORTANT NOTES
- e Visa Form has to be filled online type written and signed by the pax
- Attach Form is rewritable, please save this form on your desktop for all future need
- We can secure E-Visa for (30 days stay single entry) business or tourist purpose, provided the person holds valid any OECD Visa
- Make sure at the time of Entry and Exit OECD visa must be valid.
