LIST OF DOCUMENT’S REQUIRED
- Personal Updated Original Bank Statement of one year , with original bank seal and signature
- Typewritten form.
- declaration form sign in blue ink
- 3 photograph,35 x 45 mm,80% face appearance, white background
- Old Passport is required
- Covering Letter on Business Letterhead
- Hotel Confiirmation
- Day to day Itinerary,Financial Papers
- Updated Original Bank Statement of last 3 months
- Financial Papers (Income tax papers of last 3 years)
- Overseas Medical Insurance,insurance for more than 15 days from the date of arrival of the passengers in India
- Ticket should be after 10 working days from the applicant date of travel
- Pan Card Copy.
- Notarized Original Birth (Children) & Marriage Certificate (Parents) in the case of tourism visa
- Original Salary Slip of last 6 month with company seal and signature on it
- Original marriage certificate of visiting family.
- Original birth certificate of the son in the family with notorized Xerox copy of the birth certificate
- biometrics is required for the applicants for those who have not have not given biometrics after 2nd November 2015
- Applicants vaild passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )

- Covering Letter on Business Letterhead address to Spain Consulate mumbai for issuing the business visa.
- Invitation Letter from Spain company in Spanish language or both in English and Spanish. Letters issued only in English will not beaccepted. This will be an obligatory requirement. Support letter from the Indian company.
- Hotel Confirmation is required if invitation does not show about the accomodation
- Financial Papers ( Income tax papers of last three years)
- Personal Updated Original Bank Statement of one year , with original bank seal and signature
- Overseas Medical Insurance, insurance for more than 15 days from the date of arrival of the passenger in india
- Ticket should be after 10 working days from the applicant date of travel,
- Personal Pan Card Copy.
- Photocopy of the entire passport pages including old passport .
- Payslip with original stamp
- Original Salary Slip of last 6 month with company seal and signature on it
- Note : With effect from 27/1/2014 ,Consular section has made following compulsion to add in a covering letter to consulate :
- Date of joining of the employee to be written in the covering letter from the company
- Current salary to be mentioned in the covering letter
- Designation of the person travelling and person signing is a must in the covering letter
- Applicants vaild passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
- biometrics is required for the applicants for those who have not have not given biometrics after 2nd November 2015

- Original Work Permit Approval Letter
- Original PCC with Apostille Seal on it
- Original Marriage (Parents) & Birth Certificate (Children) with Legalized and home department done with Apostille on it
- Original Salary Slip of last 6 month with company seal and signature on it
- All passenger for work Permit Visa needs to come in person between 8.00 am to 11.00 am directly to the Consulate on any working day.
- Applicants vaild passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed ).
- biometrics is required for the applicants for those who have not have not given biometrics after 2nd November 2015
IMPORTANT NOTES
- With effect from27/1/2014 Consular section has made following compulsion to add in a covering letter to consulate :
- Date of joining of the employee to be written in the covering letter from the company
- Current salary to be mentioned in the covering letter
- Designation of the person travelling and person signing is a must in the covering letter
- With effect from 1/7/14 consulate has asked for Original Notarized Birth & Marriage Certificate.
